  • February 9, 2019, Chris De Bar (Pilot), Plane crashed near the Summit
  • June 25, 2020 - Steve Sumner (Cyclist), climbing "Wall" Upper Summit Parking Lot
  • July 5, 2020 - Julie Watson (Motorist), Solo Vehicle Collison, Summit Road
  • Apparently, when Park Visitors are injured on Mount Diablo they are transported to local hospitals, and their deaths are often reported as NOT occurring on Mount Diablo.
