On April 8, 2020, a California Highway Patrol Officer hit and injured a female cyclist on a Blind Curve, Devils Elbow, Summit Road, Mount Diablo State Park.  According to Traffic Collision Report: "The Cause of this Collision was Party-1, P1(Richardson) driving Vehicle-1,(Ford) in violation of section 21650(a)VC-(crossing over double yellow lines). P1 drove V1 to the left over the double yellow lines directly into V2's path which resulted in this collision." (Photo below of P1 on the Wrong Side of the Road)
