In 2020, a Traffic Engineer for the County of San Mateo called and wanted to install Bike Turnouts on Kings Mountain. He wanted to use our Bike Turnout design (MDSP), since it's NOT in Caltrans, he couldn't. So, he created the "KINGS MOUNTAIN ROAD STRIPING AND SIGNAGE FOR BICYCLE PULLOUT AREAS PROJECT" (PDF below; 4-9-21)
